The villa is a 2-level stone built four-bedroom home only about 3 km from the village of Mystras.
It is a privately owned gated villa with a swimming pool to relax on hot days and a children’s playground for endless kiddy fun.
The villa has its own outdoor area with an amazing garden with a private swimming pool, barbecue, stone oven, and a 12 person dining table. Included an outdoor kitchen, WC, and shower at your disposal.
Taking the stairs or the elevator to the upper level, you will see the master (double bed) bedroom with its own bathroom and walk-in shower. Large closets for guests planning a longer stay. The two other bedrooms have double beds with plenty of closet space. There is also a fourth bedroom with a smaller sized single bed along with a baby cot. The three bedrooms share a bathroom with a standard sized bathtub and the washing machine.
The lower level comprises of a semi open kitchen and open dining and living area overlooking the swimming pool, as well as the beautiful garden with its plants and trees and plenty of space for dining and lounging on lazy days.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, and microwave oven and all the necessary appliances/utensils to cook up a storm along with its table and chairs.
