Set within a gated entrance, this 2-level home has an unobstructed view of the Laconian Sea.
The warm and cozy house has spacious indoor and outdoor areas for dining and lounging.
The entrance to the house is on the ground floor which houses the living/dining area as well as the kitchen and a small WC bathroom with a washing machine.
On the upper level, one can find a double bedroom with a double standard-sized bed and a sea view and another bedroom with a bunk bed and a single-sized bed (1.70 meters).
There is also a sofa that turns into a single bed in the hallway on the upper level.
Large spacious closets in both rooms.. A drying rack and iron included.
There is a bathroom with a standard-sized bathtub that both rooms share.
Air conditioning in all rooms.
